These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of transportation services provided by Golden Compass Limo ("we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
1. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off information. Any delays or costs resulting from inaccurate information are the responsibility of the client.
4. VEHICLE USE AND CONDUCT
Clients must respect the vehicle and chauffeur at all times. Smoking, illegal substances, and abusive behavior are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund if policies are violated.
5. LIABILITY
Golden Compass Limo is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or acts of God. Our liability for any service failure is limited to a refund of the service cost.
6. DAMAGE AND CLEANING FEES
Clients may be held liable for any damage or excessive mess caused in the vehicle. Cleaning or repair costs will be charged to the client.
7. PRIVACY POLICY

8. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
