REFUND POLICY

Golden Compass Limo is committed to delivering reliable and professional transportation services. If you are not satisfied with your experience, we will review your case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial or full refund at our discretion.
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Service cancellation made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Vehicle did not arrive for the scheduled pickup (no-show by Golden Compass Limo).
- Significant service delay or vehicle issue directly caused by our team.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours before pickup).
- No-shows by the client.
- Service delays due to traffic, weather, or events outside our control.
- Unruly passenger behavior resulting in early service termination.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
